Nancy Schiffer studied jewelry in private and public American, English, and European collections. Mrs. Schiffer has a B.A. in Art History from Wells College and an M.A. in Museology from George Washington University. She was formerly the decorative arts curator at the Tyron Palace Restoration in New Bern, NC.
